Meet Father Jeremy

Fr. Jeremy Leganski serves as the Chaplain of IC Catholic Prep and as Parochial Vicar of the IC parish. In his role, Fr. Jeremy is a spiritual leader and mentor to our students, offering guidance, encouragement, and faith-filled support throughout their high school journey. He ministers to our community by teaching in the Theology Department, where he shares his deep knowledge of the Catholic faith and inspires students to live it out in their daily lives. He also celebrates school liturgies, leads prayer services, and is a visible presence at school events, reminding students of God’s constant presence in their lives. With a compassionate heart and a genuine love for Christ, Fr. Jeremy helps guide young people toward a deeper, more personal relationship with God, fostering an environment where faith, service, and learning come together.

Service Learning

The ICCP theology department is implementing community-based service learning within the curriculum at each grade level. Community-based service learning is not synonymous with volunteerism or community service though both volunteerism and community service are important components of our call to charity/love as Christians.

Liturgy & Prayer

Liturgical ministry involves the participation in and planning of the all-school masses, all- school prayers services, and smaller community prayer services. Students are trained as lectors, sacristans, altar servers, hospitality ministers, and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, along with cantors and musicians. They participate in those ministries throughout the year.
