Completion of the entrance exam is required for all eighth grader students interested in applying for admission to Catholic high schools within the Diocese of Joliet. As in previous years, students must take the test at the school where they wish to enroll. Please note that all the high schools located within the Diocese of Joliet will hold their annual entrance exam on the same date (now held in the beginning of December).
IC Catholic Prep does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, national or ethnic origin in administration of its admissions policies, educational policies, athletic programs, scholarships and loan programs, or other school administered programs.
The Admissions Committee reviews each applicant on an individual basis. Applicants for admission must successfully complete eighth grade or its equivalent to be considered.

- Performance on 7th and/or 8th grade standardized tests
- Teacher evaluations
